me id make a fallout style game but with modern aspects like the show Jeremiah i love post apocalyptic stuff

I'd want a version of Skyrim without the magic.  Just straight swords and dirt.  You get stabbed, you die.  Your arm gets chopped off...it's gone.  Realism.

i love and hate that game 1st person sword fighting what a joke but the world is great and dragons are cool

I like Dano's idea. A good realistic hack'n'slash with no magic, dragons, or anything you wouldn't find in, say, Earth's medieval history. Bring on the swords, axes, longbows, polearms, whatever you like, but keep it real. And if you want to play a one armed thief with a wooden leg, so be it!

one of my favourite games does that, it's 3rd person though.
and not that much RPG, it's mainly focused on fights and battles.

I agree, I took at look at the info on the website and it looks like a bit of fun. I wonder if GOG.com will pick it up and sell it cheap. I'd buy it.

Mount & Blade is badass!  I bought it several years ago when it was in Beta stage and followed through all the changes.  Gets a little redundant over time, but the concept is sweet.  That's what I play when I travel (which is weekly) and don't take my xBox.

I highly recommend!

GTA3: Play it or die.
GTA San Andreas: May or may not be for you, but
GTA4: Definitely worth a try, but not the best of the series IMO. It just doesn't feel right. Map mods tend to make it a lot more fun, as well as
Battlefield 2: Excellently balanced, though its mods are what make it great.
Rigs of Rods: Vehicle physics sandbox of excellent quality...when you're not splattering your car across the map by dropping it from a plane. Get it here.
Ace of Spades: Go get it!
Minecraft: Duh. Made better with mods.
VegaStrike: You start with a ship from the player character's best friend from the military (recently deceased) and do whatever. Have fun.
Fallout New Vegas: Fun, for all its glitches and weirdnesses.
GeneRally: Spelled exactly the same as the word generally, but a fun, free, easy-to-mod 3D racing sim thingy anyway. Plays from an unusual isometric-ish perspective. www.gene-rally.com

Start in 1925 with a small select amount of cars. unlock years and cars by winning more and more races
