This looks like it's been dead for a very, very long time. I used to come to this forum probably 12 or 13 years ago and even then it never left a very early alpha version of the game with a single track and maybe one or two cars that drove the same. It's a shame it never worked out, but it was a cool little community back then, and I'm happy to see that the forum is still here (even if most of the old posts are long gone).

This isn't a design suggestion, but rather a way to kick even more life into the project.

Kickstarter has been picking up a lot of steam lately, because it provides a way for people with an idea to get money to give their projects the backing they need to get off the ground. I was wondering if SR3 could have it's own Kickstarter campaign - I'm sure there's plenty of people who played the first two games that would love to back SR3, besides racing game fans in general. I think it's worth looking into.

By the way, it's freaky here having to register a new account! Had my old one for aggggges.
